Keys:
- ‘A’ - left
- 'D' – right
- ‘W’ OR space - jump
- 'J' OR left click - attack
- 'S' - dash
- (‘W’ OR space) * 2 - double jump
Enemies / Underground Crawlers:
- You can kill any Crawler that comes in your way with your skills except for the Ghost
- The touch of the Ghost will affect your abilities so watch out!
- The Ghost is clever, and you can’t kill it so use your tactics!
Core Mechanics:
There are two core mechanics that have been explored in Truth Untold; a movement and a combat system. Through the use of targeting the player's movement ability allows the player to unfold the story themselves with the movements/actions that are learnt during the course of the game. This is done whilst completing the map and proceeding through the levels. The second mechanic is the combat system. This system is also a crucial element to the game as the player is welcomed to a range of combat skills along with the levels. Combat skills include such as attacking or avoiding the Underground Crawlers. With these skills, the player is able to select which skill to use when depending on the scenario.
The player will be able to experience a new adventure with the use of horror elements that have been added. This element aims to increase the discomfort of the player along with the game. Additionally, individuals will also face dilemmas in which they must ultimately make a decision. This decision may result in an unexpected event.
